How To Flash Ubuntu Touch On OnePlus Nord N10 5G
Tested on OnePlus Nord N10 5G billie. The step include unlock bootloader, downgrade from download mode and run the Ubports installer, from there you just need to follow instruction. If you need manual step go to this link.
Use case for ubuntu touch is Linux pocket computer, Ubuntu Touch supports Convergence, Connect phone to:, Monitor (HDMI / DisplayLink), Keyboard & mouse, Get a desktop-like Linux UI

Prerequisite

- Your phone should allready be unlock the bootloader
- Take IMEI Backup !! Store backup on pc/sdcard (nvram,nvdata,persist,persistents,protect_f,protect_s and EFS for snapdragon)
File Neede
- Windows USB Driver
- adb fastboot platform tools r33.0.3
- Qualcomm Drivers
- Stock firmware android 10
- MsmDownloadTool V4.0.exe (it on the firmware folder)
Downgrade
This step is mandatory if your on android 11. This builds are based on OxygenOS 10.5.7 for UE and 10.5.7 for Global android 10. You can use this tutorial to to ubrick your device
Crossflashing regional builds is no longer possible by EDL, flash is tied to device project ID
- turn off phone, press hold vol + power + connect cable (or adb reboot EDL)
- open MSM
- Run the MSM.exe as an administrator. When a menu comes up, choose "Others" in User type and hit next. Keep Sha256 and Auto Reboot checked. Do note the Start button at the top left.
- Once properly in EDL, your screen will turn completely black (there's no text saying it's in EDL mode as if the phone is off) and automatically reboot in 10 seconds if not connected properly to MSM tool. Don't panic if you don't see anything on the screen and the phone reboots. This is normal.

Unlock Bootloader
- Turn on OEM unlock on developer option
- Turn on USB Debugging
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot oem unlock
- Check your phone, make sure select unlock bootloader
- Done
Combination Key
- Force reboot vol up + power (or Turn the phone off)
- When the phone restart, quickly press switch to the vol down, while stil press and hold power button
- When the OnePlus logo appears, immediatelly release both buttons
- it show your devices has been unlock, just wait for several second
- Now your on the recovery mode
- If you want to boot info fastboot mode go to Menu Selection: If a menu appears, navigate to select "Fastboot" or "Reboot to fastboot

Enable SSH
Case : You wanna connect your phone using other device such as windows
- sudo -s
- nano /etc/ssh/sshd_config
- AllowUsers phablet
PasswordAuthentication yes
KbdInteractiveAuthentication yes
PubkeyAuthentication yes
UsePAM yes - ctrt+w
- systemctl restart ssh
How to Install Desktop Linux apps (Libertine)
Case : You wanna install reall linux apps (nano, vim, git, firefox, etc.)
- sudo -s
- libertine-container-manager create -i cli -t lxd (once)
- libertine-container-manager exec -i cli -- bash
- apt update
- apt install nano vim git htop neofetch
