Troubleshoot On Rooted Phone (English)

 

Cannot login because Signal issues? 

Here are the solutions:

⏩ Toggle Airplane Mode on and off or
⏩ Restart your phone or
⏩ Or change the connection by using a hotspot from another SIM card

Troubleshooting: BTS Module Features Not Working

Cannot skip job and still get minutes suspend? Setbid not working? Autokill failing to run?

It usually comes down to just these three things:

1. Version and module are OUT OF SYNC

Ensure the driver app version (Gojek/Grab) match the versions specified in the update info.

2. Forgot to restart the phone after updating the module

After updating, you forgot to enable it in LSPosed and restart your phone.

3.  Module features not activated

Double-check the module settings; you might have missed enabling a specific setting (e.g., sorting, setbid, bypass suspend, etc.).

Pickup Point Doesn't Show

Solution for when the Gojek/Grab token button doesn't appear despite repeated presses:

- Log out of the Gojek/Grab customer app.

- Clear cache/data and uninstall the Gojek/Grab customer app.

- Reinstall from the Play Store and log in to the Gojek/Grab customer app.

- Ensure the module is checked in LSPosed.

- Restart the device, then open BTS.

- Press the Gojek/Grab token button again.

Note: With the latest BTS, the specific version of the Gojek or Grab customer app does not matter.

How to check if your phone's root status is safe

You should know this, usually i share it after I root your phone

• The modified folders must not be tampered with (by you, your children, friends, etc.).
• As long as they aren't tampered with, it remains safe.
• BEFORE going online for jobs, make sure to check using the detector.
• Use the detector as the benchmark for safety. Use BTS Multi-Tools
• If the detector shows all green > Safe > Proceed to go online.
• If the detector shows red > Compromised > Do not go online.
• If it becomes compromised without being tampered with, it is usually due to a sudden shutdown, such as running out of battery.
• If it becomes compromised due to a sudden shutdown, simply restarting the phone will make it turn green again (safe).
• If restarting the phone still show red not green, you'r Intentionally or unintentionally make tampered on the root apps, you should ask help to fix it
